Z Meetings' first arrangement was project management and handling of the Vestnorden Travel Mart, which is the principal workshop for the tourist trade in the North Atlantic region. Vestnorden Travel Mart 2005 was held in September in Copenhagen with more than 500 participants from most parts of the world. Z Meetings handled the practical arrangements, from hotel accommodation to catering and also organized appointments between participants. Z Meetings is, of course, not only interested in larger events.
